Dohnia Dorman is a seasoned marketing executive with more than 10 years of agency and client experience. As a young professional in New Mexico, she served as Vice President of Marketing for a local credit union where she was named Woman of Influence by the New Mexico Business First publication. Upon moving to Tampa, she served as Marketing Director for Suncoast Credit Union and achieved the Credit Union Certified Marketing Executive designation from the Credit Union National Association. Dorman currently serves as VP/Portfolio Manager where she helps lead business agility and digital transformation. She was selected to participate in the Filene Research Institute’s i3 program in 2019 where she has honed the Filene Method of Innovation, which includes human-centered design and experimentation. She is a Certified Agile Leader and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
She is a results-driven leader with a passion for developing teams and nonprofits. Dorman is an active volunteer in the Tampa community. She is the current Endowment Chair for the Junior League of Tampa, has served as the Vice President of Membership for the Tampa Bay Black MBA Association and has attained a Certificate in Nonprofit Management. She values being a creative, analytical, collaborative and solutions-driven servant leader. Dorman holds a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing concentration and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and double major in Spanish from the University of New Mexico. |
