Richard is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 30 years of success spanning customer experience, outsourcing, and technology. Leveraging extensive experience implementing growth and improving customer experience, Richard is a valuable asset for a company requiring advisory related to stagnant sales, global expansion, outsourcing increasing market visibility, or P&L management. His broad areas of expertise include marketing management, business development, operations, and global experience.
Throughout his executive career, Richard has held leadership positions with XVI Global Solutions, LLC, DIRICH Enterprises, Teletech, PeopleSupport, SOURCECORP, Xerox, and Alamo Rent a Car. He has been responsible for leading projects with AT&T, H&M, and LG, managing company integrations, and designing digital solutions. In his current role as Senior Vice President of sales and Marketing, Richard grew revenue by $80M in four months, expanded solution offerings in the areas of automation, applications and apps, digitally enabled sales channels, and experience management, and implemented marketing tactics to help clients engage with their customers in new ways to keep them at the forefront of their markets and ahead of their competition. An industry leader, Richard specializes in outsourcing to improve customer experience and drive sales growth. In a previous role, he led global markets for an outsourcing firm where he increased market share by 25%. Richard took over a struggling acquisition based in the UK, restructured operations, and led a marketing transformation resulting in increased value from $20M to $300M in five years. He consistently exceeds company goals and market expectations while improving customer experience and driving revenue for his clients. He is an expert in business transformation, marketing delivery, and sales revenue optimization. Richard attained his BSc in Mass Communications from the University of Utah. As a seasoned board member, Richard has held board positions with many international companies based in Europe and the Philippines. |
