Alysa is the Assistant Director of Customer Success at Infotech, a developer of cutting-edge digital solutions for the infrastructure construction industry. Serving as a trusted advisor, she focuses on customer experience through the complete user lifecycle - from sale to implementation and beyond - forming key, long-term customer relationships. She manages a team responsible for customer onboarding, training and content development, software testing and software release management - all focused on delivering a positive
customer experience. By working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, she is able to understand unique business and customer needs to ensure collective success.
Prior to joining Infotech in 2012, Alysa obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University).
