Amy graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 1992, where she earned the Katherine Angell Award for finishing top in her class. During her Culinary tenure, she worked for world famous Chef Michel Richard. She began her career with Sysco January 1997, and has since progressed to Vice President of National Accounts, Hospitality.
