Andrei Girenkov is vice president of Technology at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company.
Girenkov joined Colonial Life in 2018 and is responsible for the company’s technology strategy and delivery of technology solutions, focused on great customer experience, operational efficiency, and enabling top line growth. Girenkov also leads up the enterprise-wide engineering center of excellence, driving adoption of devops, automation, and cloud practices across Unum group. Previously Girenkov has served in a variety of senior technology roles in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Colonial Life in 2018, he served as vice president of technology at Raymond James Financial from 2015 to 2018. Prior to Raymond James Girenkov served as head of trading systems software at Direct Edge Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2015. Girenkov received his bachelor of science degree in computer science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J., his masters of science in software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pa., and his Juris Doctor degree from the Fordham University School of Law in New York, N.Y. |
