With an educational background marrying communications and business administration, I serve as informational conduit from the C-suite to the front line. Always serving as an advocate for my audience, I am to distill senior-level messaging in a way that is relatable, engaging, informative , and action-oriented. I have held employee communications, content strategy, and public relations roles at UPS and Equifax.
In my current role of Director, Employee Communications and Engagement at Equifax, I've expand my employee advocacy beyond communications channels and into experience. Using modern survey and data methodologies, we drive a better customer experience through a better employee experience. |
