Bart began with inVentiv Health in October of 2014 as the President of the Strategic Resourcing Division. Bart, came to inVentiv Health Clinical from Ceridian Corporation where, as the Executive Vice President and General Manager, he led the company's U.S. $600 million human capital management business. While at Ceridian, Bart also managed commercial operations and the benefits division.
Prior to Ceridian, Bart was the President of the Employer Services Division of First Advantage. He built his employer services division from a $18M regional service provider to a $273M global provider of talent acquisition and services. Bart received his bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and his master's degree in business administration from the University of Colorado. He is a seasoned speaker in the industry and has been invited to share his insights at major industry events such as ASIS, HR Summit Bangalore, ID Analytics Conference and the Florida Physicians Network |
