Brad is a founder and senior member of the HomeRiver team, the President HRG Tampa, formerly Home Encounter, and HRG’s national specialist for community (homeowners’) association management. Brad was born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He moved to the US in 1994, and started Real Property Worx, a property management firm for local and foreign investors, which in 2009 merged with Home Encounter as it expanded its Tampa property management base. As the driving force behind Home Encounter’s expansion into community association management, Brad has consistently strengthened the company’s position in Florida’s ever-changing community management marketplace.
Brad serves as President of his own homeowners association, is an elected Community Development District Supervisor, and is active with respect to legislation affecting homeowners’ associations. He currently serves on the Board of the Chief Executives Officers of Management Companies (CEOMC) for the State of Florida. Brad is a licensed community association manager, real estate, and is a Certified Property Management Specialist (CPMS). He currently resides in Tampa, FL with his wife, Kimberly and two daughters. |
