A hospitality maven with more than 20 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, operations, e-commerce, CRM, Training and public speaking.
Claudia started her hospitality career in the reservations, e-Distribution, Revenue Management areas with companies like Lexington Services (now TravelClick). Her operations experience ranges from small luxury hotels in Miami Beach to large resort complexes like El Cid Resorts in Mexico, Gala Resorts, The Belleview Biltmore Resort and Spa, The Wynfrey Hotel and her executive management and branding experience from her recent role with Hard Rock International Hotels & Casino division where she spent the last 10 years. Claudia has extensive experience in the creation and deployment of standard operations procedures and has created a wide array of training programs that enhance the natural skill and service orientation of the staff with staggering results in the area of sales and customer satisfaction. Claudia plays an active role in the travel industry and speaks regularly about data management and innovation in conferences like Eye For Travel, Travel Distribution Summit, Revenue Management Educators Council and others. She is also a ranking member and sits in the Users Council and Board of advisors for companies like Sabre Hospitality Solutions, Cendyn, STR and HSMAI. When she’s not working, Claudia spends time with her husband Humberto and their 2 teenage children, Ranzes and Arianna. They love to travel, going to movies and concerts. Claudia is a music addict and dance aficionado, she’ll challenge anyone to a dance off if the music is right. She loves all things travel, data, yoga, food, mandalas and social media. |
