Claudia Smith is the Content Marketing Manager at UDT, a leading technology enabler that helps clients in major industries evaluate, architect, secure and manage technology on premise, in mobile and in the cloud. Prior to joining UDT, Claudia worked as a Marketing Manager at Weiss Research where she implemented and managed all marketing campaigns, analyzed daily campaign reports to adjust marketing tactics, and directed renewal, retention efforts.
At UDT, Claudia’s responsibilities include strategic planning and overseeing execution, directly managing the digital marketing and graphic design team, and reporting quarterly metrics. Claudia takes a project management role in collaborating with external marketing agencies and holds a SCRUM/Agile Certification. She serves as member at large for UDT’s Women’s Advisory Board, and UDT’s Network of Women. Claudia graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication, Information Studies, and Media in 2008 and a Master of Arts in Advertising, Public Relations, and Retailing in 2010. Claudia resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and two young children. Her hobbies include reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends. |
