LEAD EXECUTIVE SEARCH PARTNER
As Lead Partner, Conrad directs all aspects of the Executive Search practice, based in Patina's Tampa office. Over the course of his career he has completed over 450 retained executive search projects. Executive Search assignments were completed throughout the United States and in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Conrad focuses globally on executive search projects for his clients with Technology, Media, Consumer, Retail, Restaurant, Manufacturing and Management Consulting businesses. Clients also include private equity, venture capital and investor owned firms and their portfolio companies. He recruits Board Members, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief Technology Officers and Chief Information Officers. Conrad’s experience and focus is recruiting C-level executives for global corporations, emerging companies, small to medium sized enterprises and management consulting firms. Before joining Patina, Conrad served as Partner in the Global Technology & Services practice with DHR International and he was with Korn/Ferry International as Senior Client Partner. He founded and established a firm to provide executive search services to multinational companies in the U.S. and a special emphasis in the Latin American markets. In December of 1998, he concluded the acquisition and merger of his firm The Conrad Lee Company with Deloitte & Touché. Conrad was on the Board of Directors of NewGen Technologies (NWGN) and he chaired the compensation committee. Conrad graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1979. He was born in Cuba and raised in the city of Boston. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Conrad and his wife, Ginny, live in Tampa, Florida. |
