From the early days of the Internet, I have been captivated by the possibilities and formation of the information age. Change is constant in life, yet advancements in technology accelerate the rate of change for much in our lives. While this dynamic impact of technology necessitates a broader vision of our future, we must also understand and remember that which remains constant in order to connect with one another in meaningful, lasting ways.
Marketing in this new age has become the focus of my life's work. For over 16 years I have sought ways to develop and market businesses and organizations by leveraging knowledge of the latest technology and constants like human psychology and behavior. In that time, I enjoyed a unique range of experiences, from launching a successful start-up, to working for well-recognized brands, to engaging with the government of Panama on a global tourism campaign.
I look forward to working with my peers and the University to create curriculum and discussions that pair our practical experiences in marketing in a digital world with the knowledge and anticipation of advancements in technology on the horizon, so that we may better position those who enroll for long, exciting careers.
