Ed brings a wealth of experience leading sales teams and comes to North American Roofing with a proven record of meeting sales revenue expectations. He spent 15 years with Otis Elevator Company, where he developed an outstanding sales career working through a variety of roles. As Director of Service Sales & Business Development, North America for Otis, Ed managed outside sales, inside sales, sales support, and marketing. During that time at Otis, Ed also led the training, talent acquisition, and project management departments.
Ed has a BS degree in Business & Technology Management from Clarkson University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, and an MS in International Logistics & Supply Chain Strategy from Georgia Tech. He also earned Lean Green Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). As North American Roofing’s Vice President of Sales Operations, Ed oversees the Sales, Marketing, and Estimating departments.
