Mr. Edward McDonald Currently serves as the Director of Business Development for UIC Government Services, LLC. Primary responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities. Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas. Provide government with current and next generation technologies to support ongoing and future mission capabilities.
Mr. McDonald previously served as the Director of Business Development for BAE Systems Intelligence & Security Division from 2011 to 2013. In this role, he was responsible for strategic capture activities for programs over 100 million in value that supported the Intelligence, Defense, and Civilian customers. Mr. McDonald served as the Senior Director of Capture, for ManTech International Defense Intelligence Division from 2006 to 2011. Mr. McDonald primary role was to consolidate capture efforts for new and existing business opportunities for the Division. Mr. McDonald served as the Director of Incident Management (GS-15/SES) in the Office of the Secretary of Homeland Security from 2005 to 2006. The primary functions of the Incident Management Division (now Plans and Policy Division) are to provide the Department with immediate operational incident management capabilities and to ensure seamless integration of threat monitoring and strategic cross directorate operational response activities on a day-to-day basis. Mr. McDonald was responsible for establishing, coordinating, managing and overseeing contingency planning, threat monitoring, and DHS incident management. Mr. McDonald holds a Bachelors in Professional Aeronautics and a Master of Science in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. |
