Elvin Martinez, Jr. is the Director of Community Relations for BAYS Florida, a Florida not-for-profit organization that has continuously provided contracted services to The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice or its predecessor HRS since 1982. Elvin has 26 years of professional experience in the fields of criminal justice, juvenile justice, public relations, and governmental relations.
He currently serves as President-Elect of the Florida Juvenile Justice Association (FJJA) and the West Tampa Chamber of Commerce, and also serves as the Chair the Circuit 13 Juvenile Justice Advisory Board. His advocacy and focus on legislative and policy matters helps BAYS Florida play an active role in improving the services that are available to the children and families of Florida. |
