Erin Walker, M.B.A.
Erin Walker is the Senior Managing Director of Recruitment Marketing at Teach For America. Her primary charge is to inspire the next generation of leaders to join TFA’s movement to end educational equity by joining the Teach For America corps. She is passionate about education, branding, and her family, and her work at Teach For America allows her to combine all of those passions into a fulfilling career. In her role at Teach For America, Erin led the first-ever brand boot camp for the largest internal team on staff [200+]. She also led the first-ever customer journey-mapping initiative for the recruitment and admissions teams which serve as the foundation of the org-wide recruitment and admissions strategy. Erin is a wife and mom of 4 boys. In her free time [of which there is very little!], she enjoys traveling, wine-tasting, and exploring new culinary delights. |
