Previously held the position of Director for a Shared Service Center responsible for U.S. Payroll, Canadian Payroll, Commission Accounting, Time and Expense, and Expense Audit.  Glenn is a current member of the Conference Board Payroll Executives Council.

As a Manager of Consulting for KPMG, Glenn assisted several of the Fortune 500 companies with full cycle PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades and process reengineering.

Has effectively and consistently evaluated and provided guidance for process improvement and redesign. During career has analyzed complex systems and transactions, including configuration, functional spec development, testing, and go-live support.
