Hansel Ramsey is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who has built her 20-year marketing and advertising career transforming global business operations by using Lean Six Sigma and change leadership methodologies to design innovative service strategies that have enabled implementing and scaling dynamic operations focused on customer satisfaction, employee engagement, increasing revenue and increasing profitability.
Hansel worked at TJX Corporation and Valassis before relocating to Tampa in 2014. Hansel is currently Senior Director, Global Customer Support Operations for Catalina Marketing, a global company that delivers personalized multi-media solutions that drive lift and loyalty for the world’s leading retailers and CPG brands.
