Helicon Property Restoration is a leader in the restoration industry and accordingly I lead and coordinate all marketing functions to drive sales, profitability and visibility with consistent marketing and sales activities.
• Responsible for the development of market planning to drive sales, customer retention, and brand awareness
• Develops strategic vision, activities, and collateral materials for the sales team
• Lead brand strategy and implementation for all advertising and communication initiatives: media, radio, video, print, social, email, app, digital/web design
• Manages the execution of promotional activities including print, trade show, direct mail, displays, promotional items, signage, and communication
• Directs content development for the company website, white papers, blogs, tweets, and other forms of social media
• Analyzes website SEO and directs the work of IT
• Day to day leadership and management of all agency & vendor partners and internal cross functional resource teams to create innovative advertising campaigns and competitive public relations programs
• Negotiates marketing contract terms and communicates with outside agencies and suppliers
• Partners with sales team to extend creative into localized strategies and develop local marketing tools
• Establishes clear goals and monitors metrics for the direct sales teams to consistently meet and exceed goals
• Develops and maintains Continuing Education credit programs
