• Joe Easley has over twenty years of strategy consulting and marketing experience across a variety of industries, including retail, financial, travel & hospitality, high tech, communications, and publishing. He has particular expertise in developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer strategy, customer insight, and relationship marketing solutions for large and mid-size companies globally.
• Joe is presently the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Marketing for Kobie Marketing Inc., a St. Petersburg-based provider of loyalty marketing solutions for companies seeking to better understand and interact with their customers. Kobie Marketing has been a loyalty industry leader for 27 years, with a long history enabling innovative reward programs and unique channel experiences for some of the world's most successful brands.
• Before joining Kobie, Joe previously held roles with Accenture Interactive, Harte-Hanks, Epsilon and Microsoft. For these companies, Joe and his team collaborated with clients across industries to identify, prioritize, plan and enable customer strategies across all digital and traditional channels. • Joe is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, holding BS and MS degrees, while also being “ABD” (Ed.D) in higher education from Oklahoma State.
