Direct digital marketing experience includes overseeing all the spend, analytics and results tracking for >$400 million of annual online spend at LivingSocial, as well as the building of digital consumer databases at the start up of Walmart.com, of high net worth private aviation clients at Sentient Jet, and direct-to-consumer in the consumer packaged goods world
Raised nearly $3 billion of capital for early and late-stage growth companies and consummated over $3 billion of acquisitions and divestitures/exits. Raised capital directly from a broad range of top tier VCs to private equity funds to pre-IPO crossovers, ranging from Kleiner to THLee to JP Morgan to Fidelity and T Rowe.
Spans of control have also included full P&L responsibility and operations, sales, technology and marketing for international operations with $1+ billion of annual turnover and over 2,000 employees. Have also managed legal, real estate, technology, HR, and strategic planning functions. Deep systems and ERP upgrade/implementation wins ranging from Dynamics to NetSuite to PeopleSoft
Experience includes internet and digital media, e-commerce, SAAS, electronic payments, online and offline retail, rewards & incentive programs, consumer products and consumer cleantech.
