Hi, I'm John-Ryan. Coffee lover, father to an amazing little boy, and music fanatic (vinyl). I'm charged with leading the Social & Marketing Technology Team at AMCI globally. This includes developing social media strategies/concepts as well as managing an in-house social media intelligence center. My team focuses on connecting online behavior, surfaced through advanced social media insights platforms, with experiential product interactions. The conversion goal is experience, not a click.
