John Schlott

John E. Schlott possesses over thirty-five years in the training and simulation domain.  His experience includes both military and civilian leadership, along with technical expertise in business development, program management, engineering, instructional technologies and operations.  At L3 Link he served as the interium vice president of business development as well as leading all F-16 training solutions capture between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that he directed the Navy Programs area valued at $140M in annual sales.

He is currently the Director of International Business Development focused on Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining L3 he worked as an engineer and program manger for Lockheed Martin. He retired from the US Army in 1992. He holds degrees from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, the University of Louisville and the School of Advanced Military Studies. Over his career he has been the one selected to correct programs of win over challenging customers.
