With many years of integrated marketing experience, Jon is adept at providing solutions that bring technology, marketing, and business operations together to elevate the consumer experience. At Healthgrades, Jon leads a team of diverse marketing strategists
that partner with our health system clients to deliver a more personalized, omnichannel consumer experience grounded in data-driven insights. Prior to joining Healthgrades, Jon launched and led the first digital marketing efforts for Aspen Dental. Since then, Jon’s path has led to strategic roles at various digital and full-service marketing agencies, including most recently the oversight of the digital business unit of Ketchum-Capstrat, an Omnicom company. At Ketchum, Jon led the digital strategy and marketing efforts for numerous healthcare and technology clients including the University of Virginia Medical Center, UFHealth, GlaxoSmithKline, Lenovo, Quintiles, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC, AZ and Horizon BCBS. Jon earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University at Buffalo and a Sun Java internet application developer certification from Syracuse University. Jon has been with Healthgrades since 2016 and resides in Raleigh, NC. |
