Jose Furst

Director sales growth markets

José Furst is responsible for the development of the cloud business for Ingram Micro in Growth Markets since April 2018, having managed the Latin America cloud organization from March 2017 to March 2018. José joined Ingram Micro in 2015, as Director, Cloud Brazil. In these roles, he built the cloud team, expanded the cloud portfolio, and launched Brazil  and Chile cloud marketplaces.

Prior to joining Ingram, José led the marketing and channels organization for Unify, formerly Siemens Enterprise, where he redefined its cloud strategy for Latin America and led the rebranding project for the region. José also spent ten years working for Cisco on a variety of sales functions related to service providers in Latin America.

José Furst graduated as B.Sc. Electronics Engineering from ITA. ITA – Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, Brazil – M.Sc. Aeroespace Technology from  ENSAE – École Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace, France - and Business and Administration with FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Brazil.
