Joseph Grape serves as the Sr. Print Services Manager for Election Systems and Software (ES&S). In this role, he is responsible for leading the start-to-finish production of printed election documents for the much of the United States and Virgin Islands. Reporting to the VP, he plays a critical role in facilitating and enabling the company strategy through its multiple locations in the Americas. He also is involved with several committees within the company that work to help build better business ethics and practices. Prior to his role at ES&S, he spent 16 years with a large commercial printer in Wisconsin, where he held a variety of senior leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Digital and Print Media.
Joseph has served on other advisory boards which included one for North Central Technical College in Wisconsin. He is an author and professional speaker in the fields of sales and marketing. He is married with four children and 3 grandchildren. In his free time, he loves to spend time with family and his dog, playing golf, and riding his Harley Davidson. |
