Krystal is responsible for the Time Customer Service (TCS) Finance and Postal Distribution teams. TCS is the fulfillment division of Time Inc. She has been with TCS since 1988 and started her career in Finance holding various roles. In 1990 she moved to Information Technology as a team leader, and moved back to Finance a few years later. She then took the role of Finance Manager in 2011. She is currently responsible for all TCS Financial reporting and systems as well as ensuring Postal regulations are adhered to as they relate to delivery of mail for our clients.
