Leonard is an Executive with over 20 years of Contact Center Operations, Business Development and, Client Solutions/ Strategy Experience . He is a Client management expert, developing service delivery strategies that maximize revenue growth, competitive advantage while delivering an improved customer experience. Leonard has International Operations Management experience in the Caribbean, Latin America and APAC regions. He has been an employee at STARTEK, who is a leading provider of BPO services, for ten years. Leonard holds the position of Vice President, Client Solutions & Strategy and he has also held Senior Operations leadership roles with the following companies ACCENT Marketing, ICT Group, Intuit, Inc. and Prudential Bank. Leonard has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and lives in Tampa with his wife and two children.
