Lydia Baugh, Communications Director for the International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA), is an award-winning business strategist. Baugh is responsible for developing the association’s strategic marketing and communications strategy, communications activities of ISEA’s standards development program, education and awareness campaigns for ISEA’s Product Groups, and has participated in ISEA Standards Development meetings.
She is the catalyst for integrated communications and knowledge management across the association and their key stakeholder groups, bringing awareness to occupational safety best practices and the importance of standards. Emphasizing the proper use and selection of safety equipment to keep workers safe, Lydia is the current editor of Protection Update, a quarterly digital publication for everything safety equipment and standards related, and oversees the develop of guidance documents for end-users. Baugh was named one of Washington DC’s “Top 40 Association and Non-Profit Innovators for 2016” – Granted to professionals who are driving technology solutions and other innovations that are advancing organization missions. |
