Mike Milano is an Executive Managing Director and has been with Colliers for 27 years. Mike oversees retail investment sales throughout Florida, providing acquisition and disposition services to institutional and private clients. He specializes in the sale of credit–anchored shopping centers, lifestyle centers, enclosed malls, freestanding, net-leased retail and redevelopment properties. Mike helps provide clients with access to both debt and equity.
Mike has extensive experience assisting private clients, lending institutions and special servicers with disposition and workout solutions for challenging assets as well as performing an non-performing debt. Mike is also an experienced commercial real estate business coach and works with the Massimo Group, an NC based Commercial Real Estate Coaching business. |
