I've spent the past 21 years driving revenue growth through bold management initiatives in the competitive markets of Electrical Wholesale Distribution, Industrial and Scientific Supply, Commercial Insurance, Electric Power, Technology Consulting and Market Research.
I was enlisted by $1.5B U.S. Electrical Services to create a B2B e-commerce channel supporting 10 subsidiaries (e.g. walterswholesale.com) and to start the first-ever B2C channel. With P&L responsibility, I championed a highly customized, multi-tenant Magento e-commerce implementation. I direct digital marketing including marketing automation, email, social, affiliate, SEO, SEM, display, marketplace, promotion and remarketing. I've been driving customer integrations via website/mobile, e-procurement, automated PO, invoice and pricing integrations and launched mobile websites, iOS and Android apps. I also spearheaded the creation of the first-ever electronic catalog, requiring unique content build-out for 100K products.
Previously, I was recruited by $1B Crescent Electric Supply Company to build a B2B e-commerce channel and to start the first-ever B2C channel. With P&L responsibility, I've driven 55% revenue growth for the B2B channel and 387% growth for the B2C channel in four years. I launched cesco.com, a mobile website, iOS and Android apps, e-procurement and automated email ordering. I created the first-ever electronic catalog for 250K products, facilitated over fifty strategic partnership integrations and direct digital marketing.
Prior to Crescent, I was chosen to build-out the e-commerce channel for two of $21B Thermo Fisher Scientific's business units. With P&L responsibility, I boosted e-commerce revenue 400% from $20M to $100M in just under five years. I launched over 100 global B2B e-commerce websites (e.g. coleparmer.com) supporting resellers with custom pricing, localized currency, language and content, rolled out an iOS app, e-procurement, facilitated over forty strategic partnership integrations and managed digital marketing.
I've held previous roles as web application manager, solutions architect, technical lead and IT audit manager at $10B CNA Insurance, $57.5B Duke Energy, $15B Capgemini Ernst & Young, $1B Whittman-Hart MarchFirst and $1B Information Resources.
I graduated with honors in achieving a Masters of Information Science in Internet and Network Services from Indiana University Bloomington, am a certified PMP and served a United States Congressional Internship in Washington, D.C.
