Mike Vandall is a Director of Industry Solutions at Avanade, a joint venture of Accenture and Microsoft. In his role, Mike is responsible for helping enterprise and government clients elevate their customer and workforce experiences through digital transformation efforts. Mike came to Avanade from MyCXData, Inc., a customer experience management consulting practice he founded in 2016. His impactful methodologies help business, government and non-profit association leaders develop processes and adopt technologies enabling them to create, align and react to interactions with customers, partners and employees. These efforts are designed to exceed expectations and create deep relationships that foster loyalty, trust, satisfaction and growth.
Over the past 30 years, Mike’s unique approach to solving business problems through data analysis, process improvement and customer facing technologies have transformed large private and public sector organizations. His recommendations have improved access to data and knowledge by unlocking the collective wisdom found amongst their customers, employees and partners. As a result, they have all effectively innovated the customer & citizen experience while improving operations. Mike graduated cum laude from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. He is a business development, marketing and technology coach and has held leadership and consultative roles at Microsoft, Nortel Networks, RedVector and several start-ups. He has worked in the public sector providing cloud-based health & human services solutions that improve outcomes, and has also delivered innovative solutions human resource and marketing organizations in the commercial sector. Mike is a native New Englander, and relocated his family to Tampa, Florida in 2003. Mike lives with his wife, Kim, 2 daughters, Morgan & Haley, son, Dylan, two dogs, Baxter & Fenway, and they keep a sailboat in nearby Dunedin. |
