Myca has more than 10 years of experience in digital transformation at large non-profits in the publishing and communication sectors. Her current role as Director, Customer Experience for the global United Methodist Church involves working directly with CIO/COO to assess, recommend, purchase and implement enterprise-scale marketing technology.
For the past three years, Myca has been leading implementations of Sitecore CMS, Marketo (marketing automation) and PegaSystems (CRM/BPM) solutions, ensuring that all marketing goals are met and technology needs are aligned with the business. |
