Pan is an insights oriented, seasoned manager, passionate about the power of storytelling through data. Since joining Catalina in 2013, the market leader in shopper intelligence and personalization of the shopper’s journey, initially as an Analyst and currently as a Manager for the Retail side of the business, he has grown increasingly data focused assuming lead roles in the development of Solutions and Business Intelligence tools that support major U.S. Retail (Grocery) partners’ goals of utilizing insights to enhance customer/end-user experience and engagement, while increasing loyalty and profitability. Prior to joining Catalina, he spend a decade building international development strategies as well as leading the conceptualization and implementation of annual plans for some of the world’s most influential international and artisanal brands within the CPG/Food & Beverage sector (Heineken, Illy Café, Yellow Tail Wines, Fischer, Duvel, Chimay, Parmigiano-Reggiano). Pan is a holder of a specialized Master, in Food & Beverage Management from SDA Bocconi School of Management of Milan in Italy and a Bachelor’s in Marketing & Management from The American College of Greece. |
