After working for many years in the private sector doing market research, policy analysis, clinical research, and healthcare utilization analysis, Patti Simmons joined Hillsborough County Public Schools in 2007 working in the Assessment, Accountability, & Evaluation office. She has considerable expertise in needs assessment, strategic planning, program evaluation, psychometrics and statistics, research design, and project management to the district. In 2012,
She was promoted within the Assessment office and continued to manage district survey efforts and data analysis. Following this, Patti joined the business team in the school district and led several district initiatives related to scheduling, staffing, and financial analysis. She lives in Brandon, FL with her husband, Brad, and two children Sam and Merritt. Outside of work, Patti enjoys participating in volunteer work, cooking, and attending her children's sporting events. |
