In 2016, Paul’s team parted ways with their marketing agency. But instead of finding a new one, they thought a better use of donated funds would be to just do the agency work themselves. This disruptive, “donor-first” mindset has led to increased engagement, millions of dollars saved, and annual revenue growth. 

As Donor Marketing Digital Fundraising Manager for the U.S. Office of Development, Paul not only oversees all things digital, but also serves on Cru’s “in-house fundraising agency.” With Cru being the 25th largest nonprofit in America, operating in 190 countries, Paul’s talent, passion, and expertise are known worldwide.
