Rob Borella is currently Vice President of Marketing and Sales Operations for HCTec, a high-growth organization that provides healthcare workforce solutions for electronic health records systems in major healthcare networks across the U.S. He is the executive leadership team member responsible for development and execution of marketing strategies, market positioning and consideration, brand vision and stewardship, demand generation, customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention, thought leadership, content marketing and sales operations.
Prior to joining HCTec, Borella held senior executive marketing leadership roles with multi-billion dollar national and regional Fortune 500 companies including Brookdale Senior Living (NYSE: BKD), multi-format retailer Giant Eagle, Inc., and Sunoco Oil (NYSE: SUN). At Brookdale, Borella was Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications for the largest operator of senior living communities in the U.S. with 1,120 communities, 82,000 employees in 47 states, and $5 billion in revenue. Borella also was previously Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications for Giant Eagle, Inc., the 35th largest privately held corporation in the United States with 36,000 employees, 430 retail stores and $10 billion in revenue.
