Since 1983, Ron has had continuous demonstrated success in the “People Business” specializing in advisory and placement services. He has carved a niche serving a vertically integrated marketplace from senior to mid-level professional. He has directly and indirectly been responsible for the successful placement of over 2000 leaders in all industries. Since 2002, he has expanded his practice to include leadership roles and organizational consulting with global/national/regional faith-based marketplace organizations.
He has been privileged to extend his influence for the past 3+ years with leaders in the marketplace through Marketplace Chaplains as the Executive Director for Expansion. Marketplace Chaplains is the leading provider of personalized and proactive employee service through the use of Chaplain Care Teams which are voluntary to use, neutral from company operations and strictly confidential. Ron received his MBA from The Wharton School, and BSME from the University of Rhode Island. He founded The Sterling Group in 1992, and it grew into a firm that is noted to strategically convening matching cultures through long-term relationships, integrity, honesty, and a caring approach to serving clients. Previously, Ron served as General Manager in the development of the Southern California division of a full-service search firm that at one time ranked as the number one revenue producing search firm in the competitive Orange County market. Ron is blessed with a wonderful wife of 40 years, daughter/son-in-law/2 grandkids, and son & fiancé. God recently relocated Ron & his wife to Franklin, TN after having been based in Southern California for 40 years. |
