In his role, as Vice President Clinical Operations, Mr. Dumas manages and develops clinical services functions and provide leadership to ensure excellent patient care, safe operations and high member satisfaction. Mr. Dumas also provides direction for the activities and functions of the Clinical Operations Department to improve quality patient care, reduce costs and increase the degree of system integration. A former Naval officer, Mr. Dumas has held several significant leadership positions in product management and marketing at various healthcare organizations, including Allscripts, Napier Healthcare, Bayer Healthcare and Allegheny Health Network.
