Santosh has spent the last 15 years in multiple industries ranging from Government, Health Care, Insurance, Manufacturing in numerous technical capacities. Most recently at the Nielsen Corporation in software development and program management.
At Nielsen, he currently leads Global Integrations for Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures and manages the integrations of $300MM of newly acquired business. He currently co-leads the Employee Resource Group, Asian Affinity Link, driving cultural exploration and inclusive practices, and is the North American Green Team Co-Lead, which exists to ideate ways to make the company more sustainable. In addition, he coordinates Nielsen resources to provide a helping hand to the local community and create giving opportunities.
He is a graduate of Nielsen’s Diverse Leadership Program and a graduate from the state of Florida’s Leadership program Connect Florida for emerging leaders under the age of 40.
Santosh graduated from the University of Oklahoma with his Bachelors in Management Information Systems in 2002, MBA from Oklahoma Christian University in 2008, and PMP certification in 2009.
He serves as an Executive Board Member of the non-profit Sustany Foundation in Tampa Bay and works to support all things sustainable in Florida by sharing best practices in environmental stewardship while promoting economic prosperity.
Santosh and his wife of nearly ten years, Nancy, have three wonderful children under the age of seven, and have lived in Tampa since 2012.
