Sara Reschke has over 15 years of Healthcare Industry Experience, all within her tenure at Cardinal Health. Most of her career has been within sales, specialist and leadership roles within the company. She has had direct experience within customer procedural supply chain and clinical areas while providing Cardinal Health products and service solutions. Through training and working with Cardinal clinical and logistical experts, she has developed a strong understanding of the procedural supply chain and is able to empower customers to improve their supply chain processes through product and process enhancements.
As the Director of Customer Engagement, she leads the national team of Presource Program Optimization Managers and a Field Marketing Manager. The Customer Engagement team is positioned within the Presource business to support the onboarding and implementation of new custom pack programs, drive cost savings initiatives within customer programs, provide national best practice guidance from clinical and logistical peers, support standardization projects, deploy innovative supply chain solutions, share industry insights with customers and provide a direct link to the Presource business for Voice of Customer and new solutions ideation.
The Customer Engagement team is made up of a diverse group of skills, experiences and individuals: Registered Nurse, Surgical Technologist, Provider and Supply Chain perspective, Logistical expert, procedural pack operations, Lab, Distribution Orthopedic and medical product sales. The team works together to share customer best practices and tap into individual expertise.
Mrs. Reschke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations and a Marketing Minor from University of Central Florida. When she is not working, she enjoys time with family and friends, boating activities, volunteering at schools and within the community.
