Steve Hoeft is the COO at GCR Tires & Service (GCR), a business of Bridgestone Americas, Inc. that provides commercial tires and service in the US and Canada based in Nashville, TN.
Prior to Bridgestone-GCR, Hoeft worked for Execution Specialists Group (ESG), where he led several Fortune 500 consulting practice areas, including strategy development and implementation, M&A, operations and sales resource alignment, supply chain management and inventory rationalization. Prior to his time with ESG, Hoeft was Senior VP and GM of U.S. operations and product development for Brinks. In that role, he was responsible for all U.S. field operations, leading 7,000 teammates with a focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, quality of service and safety. Hoeft previously worked for Advance Auto Parts in roles of increasing responsibility, including VP of Commercial Operations and Market Growth Strategy, Regional VP of Operations, and VP of Sales and National Accounts. Hoeft has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cleary University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. |
