As the Digital leader of LPL, Sudheer is focused on helping business in digital product transformation, intelligent automation and modernizing technology providing thought leadership, team building, and the deep digital & data expertise necessary to compete and win. Prior to LPL, he worked as Director – Digital & Automation platforms at AIG Digital, leading digital experience platforms, intelligent automation, analytics and DevOPS delivery services working collaboratively with executive leadership and product management across AIG’s enterprise. Before joining AIG, Sudheer served as technology leader building BPM-ECM CoE practices, treasury platforms and architecture consulting services to BankOfAmerica, TD Bank, MasterCard and PNC. He served as Technical Manager for fortune 2000 technology services companies like Zensar Technologies, Prithvi Information Solutions and Market Tools. Mr Ummalaneni brings with him 18 years of technology and management experience successfully leading strategic transformations programs ($20M+) by effectively building, mentoring and managing global teams spanning across US, Canada, EMEA, India, Japan and Brazil. |
