Tammy Boyd is the Vice President of Business Development & Marketing for NeuroInternational, a Sarasota-based post-acute rehabilitation provider for brain and spinal cord injuries. NeuroInternational is an industry leader, providing neuro-rehabilitation, neuro-behavioral, complex care and long-term supported living services in community-based setting for individuals with neurologic impairment and catastrophic injuries. NeuroInternational’s mission is a client-centered approach, focusing upon individualized goals, functional independence and quality of living. Mrs. Boyd is responsible for all aspects of NeuroInternational’s business development and marketing efforts. Within the past five years, under her guidance, the organization has had exceptional growth, with 33% year-over-year expansion of client census, with the addition of comprehensive clinical services and a 5,000-square foot vocational center. Tammy is passionate about reaching new clients with forward thinking marketing and business development strategies especially through the use of social media where she is on University of South Florida’s MBA Digital Marketing Advisory Board. She believes strongly in what she does truly changes the lives of others and finds that to be the most rewarding aspect of her job. Tammy obtained her bachelors of science in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah. One interesting fact about Tammy, is that she began her career as one of the key public relations liaisons for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Utah, introducing Mitt Romney as the new incoming President of the Organizing Committee.
In addition to her busy work schedule she is married and is the proud mother of three children and stays busy managing her youngest son’s baseball and sports schedules. |
