Teresa serves as the Director for Strategic Partnerships for Soar Technology and works as a resource for both government and industry. With over 15 years of Army Intelligence and Federal Government contracting service, Mrs. Speck has collaborated directly with large and small businesses throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) to serve the Warfighter from the perspective of a systems engineer, small business owner, and Program Manager (PM). Mrs. Speck is widely respected as an industry resource for insight, advice, and DoD guidance and is a well-known expert for Other Transaction Agreements (OTA’s) as well as FAR and other non-FAR based acquisitions.
As a small business OTA recipient and PM, Mrs. Speck has first-hand knowledge and perspective from industry for the triumphs and growth areas. As the Strategic Partnerships Director for Soar Technology , she will leverage her PM past performance to advocate for the Warfighter. Her goal is to be a bridge for the thought leaders and solution for the most responsible and innovative solutions possible. |
