Tom joined the Brand & Cause Team as Digital Marketing Director at the Association Office in June of 2017. He is responsible for developing and executing a digital marketing strategy that supports consistent
organizational growth while enhancing customer engagement, brand equity, sales, and team member growth. He also works to ensure consistency with the Association’s strategic plan and objectives.
Tom directs and educates the organization on new digital opportunities and business processes, and serves as the subject matter expert in digital marketing. He administers systems and software while providing
guidance on how current programs can be revitalized with digital initiatives, as well.
