As a Territory Sales Manager for Lifetouch, Tony has spent 13 years as a tireless and stedfast leader in business development with strong sales and marketing skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment and placing a premium on customer care and service. His background as a pastor and as a soldier in the US Army prepared him for a career of excellence, spearheading strategic relationship development and account sales with his clients, identifying needs/expectations and strengthening partnerships throughout the sales cycle to final distribution of product and post-delivery.
Tony is noted within his industry for being ahead of the curve with use of technology and for being an innovator, frequently being an implementer of new technology for the company with Sales Force, Community Connect, Brown Bear and numerous technologies to increase sales and client service. He addition he has seen numerous initiatives created or modified in his territory that went on to become company standards. Starting his first year as Rookie of the Year, Tony holds the records for most sales by a territory, most customers by a territory, highest customer satisfaction (5 years) and is the only territory in the company to bring in more than $1M in sales annually. Mr. Kerns is a native of Florida, a graduate of Tampa Bay Bible College (BA) and Florida Metropolitan University (MBA), a former soldier in the US Army (10 years) and a pastor (10 years). He enjoys coaching others to find success and looks forward to being a valued part of the USF Digital Marketing Board team. |
