Tony LePage is an energetic operations executive with nearly 15 years of experience in research, management and consulting. His diverse business background spans companies with annual revenues ranging from $8 million to over $2 billion. Tony has a wealth of knowledge in corporate restructures, mergers, and acquisitions. Additionally, he is well-versed in outsourcing/off-shoring operations in Eastern Europe and India. Tony’s experience in these areas has propelled the companies for which he has worked to significant growth in revenue and workforce.
In his current role as Global Head of Research for MetrixLab, a digital market research company, Tony oversees 450 employees across 14 countries, with annual overhead of over $10 million. He has led MetrixLab’s research team through an acquisition by the Macromill Group, which has become a top 10 global market research company with annual revenues of over $350 million. Tony remains responsible for MetrixLab’s revenue, overseeing 15% annual growth since he took over the research organization. |
