Vikki is skilled in assessing organizational development needs and identifying human capital resources both external and internal to an organization. Success impacted specifically assisting organizations and their hiring teams to identify top talent that meets the skills, but more importantly, the culture of the organization. Strengths in communication and strategic planning help align people with opportunity. A self-proclaimed “master connector”, Vikki is savvy in all social media platforms as well as applicant tracking software and HRIS systems. This expertise allows her to connect people with resources and opportunity.
Vikki’s prior experience includes VP and Senior Director roles within Lowes Companies, Inc., McDonald’s Corporation and Gannett. She has lead both large and small teams with responsibility for the HR vision and mission including talent acquisition, talent development and strategic business impact areas. Vikki is a member of several professional Human Resource groups including SHRM, HR Tampa and the Sr. HR Forum. She is a graduate of Leadership Lee County and has served on the Board of ATD as VP of Membership. Vikki has a BA in Business from the University of Central Florida and an MS in Organizational Management from Capella University. |
