Vit is a partner with the law firm of Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP and is resident in its Tampa offices. He in Board Certified in Taxation by the Florida Bar and regularly represents closely-held businesses and their owners in the tax planning and business transactions. His practice includes representation of media companies in the acquisition and licensing of digital assets. Vit received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida. He also holds an M.B.A. (Finance, Corporate Accounting) from the University of Rochester's Simon School.
